简要规格描述或项目基本概况介绍、用途：拟通过公开招标的方式选择一家具有资质的供应商，****新村街道世博区域社会、市容环境防控能力。****新村街道世博地区范围内重点区域辅助管理、建设工地辅助管理、大型活动服务保障、共享单车日常管理摆放、无序设摊治理、各类专项整治、夜间值守巡查、****小区辅助管理、公共场所日常市容环境辅助管理和上级交办的其他事项等。（具体详见第三章服务需求书）
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: It is planned to select a qualified supplier through public bidding to comprehensively enhance the social and urban appearance environment control capabilities in the Expo area of Shanggang Xincun Street. The main contents include assisting in the auxiliary management of key areas within the Expo area of Shanggang Xincun Street, auxiliary management of construction sites, service guarantee for large-scale events, daily management and placement of shared bikes, governance of disorderly street vending, various special rectifications, night shift and patrol, auxiliary management of residential communities, daily auxiliary management of public places' urban appearance environment, and other matters assigned by the superior authorities (for details, please refer to Chapter 3 Service Requirements Document).
合同履约期限：2026年08月08日-2027年08月07日。
